This link contains some additional posts from members of my local site.

It is not Gospel as to stripping and tuning the Longbow as it was my first attempt it may contain some mistakes / omission's .

Please feel free to point out anything that may help to complete or improve the topic for all members as it was done a long time ago and may need updating.

hope it's useful to somebody .

Regards Jamie.
