hi folks picked up a vulcan at the weekend got it for £30 its in need of some tlc got her home and put it strait to the chrono 11.1 ftl so stripped her down and shes putting out 11.5 so im well chuffed goes too show how well the gun was made the only real problem is the safety is stack it doesnt click on and off any ideas

Dunno bout the vulcan, but on the stingray (the new vulcan) the safety is manually, not automatically.

Well it should do, have you had a look at it and a diagram.
Possibly it is the sear spring or there is a problem with the safety itself.
See chambers for the diagram.
